A rapidly growing main contractor with projects all over London & the South East need a Customer Relations Assistant to join their expanding team in Hitchin.
The Customer Relations Assistant will have the remit to continue to build the systems and processes to manage the smooth handover of properties to our clients and positively influence their experiences during the defect liability period.
To liaise with Clients, Client Building Managers, and residents to deal with any defective issues raised during the 12- or 24-month defect period following handover, assessing the issue, and instructing the appropriate subcontractor
Log defects and schedule visits
Monitor programme delivery and response
Report to senior management on progress
Ensure highest level of customer service
The chosen candidate will:
Have excellent IT skills
Forward-thinking, collaborative and proactive
Have knowledge of the construction industry and aftercare
Excellent communication, numeracy & report writing skills
