A Contractor specialising in new build residential schemes is looking for an office manager to join their business. The company has a number of ongoing projects and continues to win new projects in and around the West London area.
This vital role will be a full time position and offer a great challenger to the successful candidate. A broad range of duties will consist of;
Raising invoices for Clients;
Organising health and safety reports;
Involved with Considerate Constructors;
Apply costs to each project as invoices come in;
Negotiate with suppliers;
Communicate daily with Company Director and site teams;
Assist with marketing;
Manage the Office daily.
Requirements for the role:
Strong communication and organisational skills;
Previous Experience in office administration;
Knowledge of construction would be beneficial;
Ambition to grow with the business;
Live locally to the office;
Strong IT Skills.
