A leading facades contractor is actively seeking a strong facade Quantity Surveyor to join their team in London.

This facades contractor has recently won numerous schemes around London and due to this, they require experienced Quantity Surveyor.

The schemes generally range from hotel, residential & student accommodation projects, with facade packages including rain screen, aluminium, slip brick, fire barriers, EPDMS, curtain walling and glazing.

As a Quantity Surveyor some of your duties will include;

Preparing Valuations and Pricing of Variations
Managing the cost of the project
Producing monthly CVR’s
Review material and labour requirements
