One of the country’s leading contractors currently seeking a driven and experienced Site Manager who has a proven track record of delivering large-scale residential projects on time and on budget. The successful candidate will be working on a mixed-use development consisting of residential, leisure, commercial, and retail facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
• Liaise with the project team, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure efficient and effective communication and coordination.
• Ensure all health and safety requirements are met on site and all workers comply with relevant regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of site activities, including progress reports, daily logs, and site diaries.
• Manage the quality control and quality assurance processes on-site, ensuring all work is completed to the required standard.
• Monitor and manage the performance of subcontractors, ensuring that they deliver to the required standard and within budget.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience working as a Site Manager for a Tier 1 Main Contractor on high rise projects in London.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Desirable: Good M&E knowledge, Trade or Engineering background.
