Mental Health Workshop

Members of Falcon Green’s White Collar recruitment team took part in a workshop on ‘Mental health in the workplace’, delivered superbly by representatives from the WORKING WELL TRUST.

The focus was on stress management and how to recognise signs of mental health issues with colleagues and candidates, plus methods to help them.

The Working Well Trust is a charity, funded by Social Finance and Tower Hamlets CCG helping people get back to work if they have suffered from poor mental health or any other barriers.
