10 Years – Joe Cullen

We celebrate 10 years of dedication and success with Joe Cullen! (the artist formerly known as Jay Cullen)

Joe was the first employee to join on the recruitment side of the business, in January 2013. Joe played a pivotal role in them early years – building a database, day to day recruitment and coordinating the payroll process.
As our London team grew, Joe assumed the role of Operations Manager. In 2020, he moved with his family back to Northern Ireland where he introduced Falcon Green to Belfast.
Joe is now involved day to day with both our Dublin and Belfast offices where he continues to play key roles in both.
